Skill Inde Vol. 1: Opportunities et Challenges

Skill Inde campaign was launched sur 15 July 2015 by Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi. Le campaign aim to impart training to 400 million (40 crore) people en Inde en different skills by 2022 so that they can achieve employment. Under this campaign various initiative are taken by government like National Skill Développement Mission, National Policy pour Skill Développement et Entrepreneurship en 2015, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY) et Skill Loan Scheme. Le program aims to skill le youths en such a way so that they get employment et also improve entrepreneurship qualities. Le main idea behind skill Inde is to raise confidence, improve productivity et give direction through proper skill development. Skill Inde will provide blue-collar jobs to le youths. Another remarkable features de le Skill Inde Programe would be to create a hallmark called “Rural Inde Skill”, so as to standardize et certify le training process. Tailormade, need-based programmes would be initiated pour specific age groups which can be like language et communication skills, life et positive thinking skills, personality development skills, management skills, behavioural skills, including job et employability skill. All jobs should be given equal importance so that there will be balanced de skill at a young age right at school level is very imperative to channelize them pour proper job growth en all le sectors. Under le programe every job aspirant will be given training en soft skills to lead a proper et decent life. To get le best result en le shortest possible time corporate educational institutions, nongovernment organization, Government, academic institutions, et society would help en le development de le skills.
