Femmes empowerment means empowering women socially, economically et politically so that they can break away from male domination et claim equality avec them. Its aim at increasing women's power en terms de their self reliance et internal strength to determine choices en life includes both controls over resources et ideology. Le skill Inde mission was launched sur 15 July 2015 by Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi et since then it has transformed lives de over 35.56 Lakh women through skill training; empowering them pour better et secured livelihood. Le campaign aim to impart training to 400 million (40 crore) people en Inde en different skills by 2022 so that they can achieve employment. Under this campaign various initiative are taken by government like National Skill Développement Mission, National Policy pour Skill Développement et Entrepreneurship, 2015, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY) et Skill Loan Scheme. Femmes Empowerment has become an important topic en economics et development de an economy. Empowerment de women means developing them as more aware et confident individuals. Empowering women to participate fully en economic et social life across all sectors is very important to build stronger economies, achieve internationally agreed goals pour development et sustainability, et improve le quality de life pour women et other related to them like men, families et communities. Educating women means educating generations. So, it is very important not only to educate et skill women but also give proper opportunities to them to prosper their skill. For reducing gender discrimination government has implemented various schemes et one such scheme is Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana. This scheme is helping women en different cities et villages to train en different skills. This book provides an overview that how skill development mission would change le role et status de women en le society. In recent years skill mission de le government become le powerful tools pour le empowerment de women.
