Recherche Méthodes en Plante Sciences Vol 1 : Soil Allelochemicals
Description
Allelopathy le term coined by Prof. Hans Molisch, a German Plante Physiologist en 1937 is a new field de science. However, no standard methods are being used by various workers due to lack de compendium sur le Techniques, hence, le results obtained are not easily comparable avec each others. Till now lot de allelopathy research has been done en various fields de Agricole et Plante Sciences. However, there is no compilation de various Recherche Méthodes used. Every scientist is conducting research en his own way. Therefore, to make available le standard methods pour conducting research independently en plant sciences, this Multi-volume book has been planned. Since there are several disciplines/areas de research, hence, separate volume has been planned pour each discipline. Prof. S.S. Narwal has planned this multivolume book Recherche Méthodes en Plante Sciences: et till now 8-volumes have been published et 3 volumes including this one are en 'In Press'. Le book is devided into 3 Sections: Section I. Soil Preparation et Preliminary Analyse that includes 3 chapters (Samples collection, Handling et storage, Colorimetric analysis, TLC et PC analysis). Section II. Analyse de Soil Allelochemicals has 15 Chapters (Amino acids, Enzymes, Lipids, Carbohydrates, Phenolic compounds, Terpenoids, Alkaloids, Cyanogenic compounds, Reactive oxygen species, Antioxidant capacity, Enzymatic, antioxidant system, Adenine et pyridine nucleotides, Vitamins, Jasmonates). In addition, Section III contains appendices. This book will serve as ready reference en le Laboratory or Class-Room teaching et will provide detailed methods pour Laboratory et field studies en Agriculture et allied fields de Plante Sciences. Information provided can be used to determine le different allelochemicals en various types de Agro-ecosystems. It will be useful pour Under-graduate et Post-graduate students et researchers, soil scientists, biochemists, chemists et other plant science specialists. We have tried to provide appropriate methods to determine allelochemicals en soils. Le users de this book can select suitable methods, according to le available facilities.
